We’re thrilled to unveil our 2025 event programme, along with our brand new name! You’ve known it as The Big Event and One Big Day. We’re proud to announce its new name: Motability Scheme Live.
Motability Scheme Live is a series of events at different locations across the UK, hosted by the Motability Scheme. Join us to view a wide range of vehicles on display, take a test drive, chat to experts and more.
Our inclusive, informative and inspiring events are the best way to learn more about the Motability Scheme and what it can do for you. And they’ve never been more in. It’s free to attend and we have lots of accessible parking. Everyone’s welcome.

We’re kicking off with our flagship show, Motability Scheme Live, Birmingham at the NEC on Friday 16 and Saturday 17 May.
This is our biggest event of the year. You can see the largest selection of cars, Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles (WAVs), adaptations, powered wheelchairs and scooters all in one, accessible place.
This is also our only event with expert speaker sessions. We have a packed line up of real-life Scheme customer stories, mobility specialists, motoring industry experts and much more. Check back in a few weeks for updates on our 2025 line-up.
Motability Scheme Live, Harrogate and Northern Ireland are next. These events are smaller, but they still offer a great way to see a wide range of products available on the Motability Scheme.
All our events have plenty of electric vehicles (EVs) to explore and information about leasing an EV on the Scheme. Plus, there will be live demos and advice about charging at home and on the go. This is a great opportunity to get your questions about EVs and getting on the road answered.
At every event, you’ll have the unique opportunity to test drive a wide range of standard vehicles and some fitted with popular driving adaptations.
