Join us in Birmingham this week

We’re excited to return to the NEC on Friday 16 and Saturday 17 May for our flagship event, Motability Scheme Live, Birmingham. It’s our first Birmingham event under our new name (previously known as The Big Event or One Big Day) and we’d love to see you there.

Our inclusive and informative event is the best way to learn more about the Motability Scheme and what it can do for you.

Three great reasons to attend:

1. Test drive a wide range of vehicles

To help you find your next Motability Scheme vehicle, you can test drive a great variety of standard and adapted cars*,

Try out a range of scooters and powered wheelchairs on our indoor track, and see the biggest collection of Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles (WAVs) available on the Scheme.

2. Chat with specialists and listen to experts

You can talk with mobility and electric vehicle (EV) specialists, meet our Scheme partners, and visit our cinema-style speaker session area to enjoy inspiring, informative content throughout the day.

New for 2025, explore whether a car with adaptations or a Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle (WAV) could be right for you by visiting our adaptation and WAV showcase area.

3. It’s inclusive, accessible, and everyone’s welcome

Facilities and services at the event include a quiet room, ear defenders (available upon request), pre-bookable British Sign Language (BSL) interpreters (email events@mo.co.uk), accessible toilets, and a High Dependency Unit. Assistance dogs are welcome. It’s free to get in and we have lots of free accessible parking.

We look forward to seeing you in Birmingham. *Check out our test drive terms and conditions here.
