Motability Scheme Live Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. This prize draw (the “prize draw”) is open to people aged 18 or over who are a resident in the United Kingdom (“You”, “Your”).
2. The prize draw is not open to employees or agencies of Motability Operations Limited or Motability, their family members, any associated companies or suppliers or anyone else connected to the prize draw.
3. By entering the prize draw you will be deemed to have accepted, and agree to be bound by, these Terms and Conditions.
4. The promoter of the Competition is Motability Operations Limited, whose registered address is Level 6, 22 Bishopsgate, London, EC2N 4BQ (the “Promoter”). Entries should NOT be sent to this address.
5. To enter the prize draw, you must either: (i) register via the Motability Scheme Live app; or (ii) register at a Motability Scheme Live event by showing either your letter of invitation or a copy of your email invitation (both of which contain a unique barcode). You can register at a Motability Scheme Live event at reception or at the Motability Information Hub.
6. Following successful completion of the above steps. Your name will be submitted into the prize draw. If you have any questions about how to enter, or in connection with the prize draw, please email events@mo.co.uk with “Motability Scheme Live prize draw” in the subject line.
7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are failed, lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be uploaded or entered for any technical or other reason.
8. The closing date for the receipt of entries is 23:59 on Monday 6 October 2025. Entries received outside of this time period will not be considered.
9. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the prize draw.
10. The winner will receive an iPad Mini.
11. One winner will be chosen. The winner will be selected at random under the supervision of an independent observer in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
12. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equivalent or higher value in the event that the original prize is not available.
14. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash.
15. The winner will be contacted via email or post, to obtain a postal address to send the prize within 30 days of the closing date.
16. The prize will be sent to the winner by post and the winner will receive their prize no later than 30 November 2025.
17. The name of the winner can be obtained after 14 October 2025 by emailing events@mo.co.uk
18. The Promoter reserves the right to use the winner’s name in any publicity relating to the prize draw.
19. The Promoter shall use and take care of any personal information You supply to it as described in its privacy policy in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the prize draw, You agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of Your personal information in order to process and contact You about Your prize draw entry, and for the purposes outlined in point 18 above.
20. The Promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the prize draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control.
21. The prize draw is governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
