Explore how the Motability Scheme can support your mobility needs through vehicle adaptations and Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles (WAVs).

Here, you can view a range of adapted vehicles and WAVs, speak with specialists, and learn how the process works, from getting started to choosing the right solution.

It’s a supportive space to ask questions, understand your options, and feel more confident about your next steps.

Latest Innovations

Accessible vehicle innovation

Discover how accessible electric vehicles could fit into your everyday life.

In this interactive area, you can explore three versions of the same vehicle: the Kia PV5, each showcasing a different wheelchair accessible solution, including a factory-built WAV and two rear-entry conversions.

Seeing them side by side allows you to focus on what matters most to you, from ease of access and space to comfort and practicality.

Our team will be on hand to guide you through the vehicles, answer questions, and encourage you to share feedback. Your views will help shape future designs and influence what’s available on the Motability Scheme.

In this area, you can speak directly with Euan’s Guide, DMUK and Driving Mobility to learn more about the work they do, and access helpful advice and resources at your own pace.

Team BRIT

Discover how the Motability Scheme works with partners to support greater accessibility and opportunity.

In this area, you can learn about our partnership with Team BRIT, the world’s first all-disabled racing team competing in the British GT Championship and admire their racing car, with the adaptations they use to compete.

Find out how this inspiring collaboration is helping to challenge perceptions of disability. They promote inclusion and show what’s possible, with the right support and adaptations. You’ll have the chance to learn more about the drivers and see accessible racing equipment up close.

Plus, put yourself in the driver’s seat.

Have a go in a racing car simulator and experience the thrill of the track for yourself. You can also enter our competition for the chance to win tickets to see Team BRIT race live, an unmissable opportunity to witness their incredible skill and determination in action.
